Your eyes like the ocean
And hair like the sun,
You cover me in happiness
Because you are my only one.
When I wake up in the morning
And I look up at the bright sky,
I see your face smiling down
Filling my dat with the light of a wonderful sunshine.
And when at night I look into the moon
I feel so sad and lonely,
Knowing you're so far away
And you can't come here and hold me.
As my days and nights go by
They are filled with beautiful thoughts of you
Just knowing I will see you soon
Is what keeps me from feeling blue.
